I placed an order for towels in early 2024, and they arrived without any issues. However, when I reordered in November 2025, my credit card was charged right away, but the order never shipped. After a week of trying to reach the support team through emails, calls, and social media without any reply, I was left in the dark. Three weeks later, I had to initiate a chargeback, and my bank refunded me promptly. It seems like many customers are facing similar problems with their orders.
