I've been using the Linen Sheet Set for a few weeks and have been pleased with the performance. The fabric softened noticeably after the first wash and continues to improve. The sheets stay cool and breathable at night and dry quick, which makes them easy to care for.

Three weeks later, I had to initiate a chargeback, and my bank refunded me promptly. It seems like many customers are facing similar problems with their orders.
Terrible experience with customer service. Avoid purchasing sheets if returns are a possibility. The website claims returns can be made for any reason, but it lacks crucial information. The return process was a hassle and ended up costing me over $25. I am truly disappointed with this company. Consider yourself warned!

I have been unable to leave a review on the company’s website. I suspect that the exclusively positive reviews that influenced my purchase are either fake or selectively chosen. I bought two pillowcases for $80, thinking it was worth it for quality. They are probably the worst pillowcases I have ever owned. Their surface is so rough it feels like exfoliation, and they are so thin that I need to use both on one pillow for adequate thickness. After about 10 washes, they haven’t softened. I now use them on a pillow for support, as I don’t want them near my skin, but it's hard to just throw them away after spending so much.
We purchased the spa towels after reading a positive review and were really drawn to the loop feature. However, after nine months, the loops frayed and broke off. Customer service offered a 20% discount on a replacement and called it normal wear and tear. Very disappointing service and poor quality for the price.
