I received a request for a product review on December 9th without any delivery confirmation. I reached out to customer service for help, but got no response. I've asked four times now and still haven't heard back. It’s now December 22nd, and I needed these items for specific events during the holiday season, having ordered them before Thanksgiving. The lack of communication during such a busy time is unacceptable. If I could give them a zero, I would. I’m now working with my bank for a refund since there’s no customer service response.
