I really wanted to like them and gave them several chances but would not recommend ordering from here. I started with ordering a couple pairs of shoes- q pair was fine but the other had missing buckle straps. When I asked for a refund- they give you 3 options- refund only 15%, return the product but pay $29.99 shipping or 80% store credit. I went with store credit and ordered a different pair of shoes without a buckle this time but received a pair of shoes that was at least 2 sizes too small! Again I asked for a refund and was given the same 3 options. I gave them 1 last benefit of the doubt ordering a pair of pants this time with the credit. This time I received a pair of pants with an ink red stain on the front part of the pants. This company is a complete waste of time and I would definitely not recommend ordering from them if you value your money and time
I've sent three emails trying to find my order confirmation and arrange a return. I also called but received no callback. The shoes I received do not match the description at all; they are made of cheap plastic, poorly made, and quite unattractive. I mistakenly ordered three pairs of the same style and now feel stuck with them. I'm furious that there's no way to reach this company, and there was no receipt or return label included in the package. I would warn potential buyers that this site seems like a scam!

The shoe style is delightful, and I especially adore the kitten heel. The design that sits straight across the top of the foot also caught my attention. It may take a few wears to break them in. I chose the brown leather option. The quality of these shoes is impressive, and I plan to buy more pairs.
