We bought two cabin plus luggage pieces from a store in Boston on December 9, 2025. Our first trip was on December 12, 2025, and we managed the luggage ourselves, occasionally letting hotel valets assist while ensuring they handled it gently due to the high cost. Unfortunately, we've been disappointed with the quality. We've noticed scratches and dings even with careful handling. It's surprising that many consider this quality luggage. While some wear is expected, it was shocking to find a corner dented just from a minor fall in a car. After returning home on December 24 and evaluating the luggage, we realized that although we can't return it, we wouldn't purchase from them again or recommend them. You might be better off getting something from another platform and accepting the inevitable wear, as we have. Also, the luggage tags were of poor quality, bending easily from simple use in overhead compartments and vehicles. It's simply unacceptable!
