This item was for use in emergency for the severe seizures i suffer. I had over TEN items all last less than a month. Complete and utter rubbish and two days ago following a seizure was wrapped with Electric cable around my neck. Total rubbish no customer service, no response. Time for media coverage. Total danger for elderly and disabled
