I was treated very poorly by the customer service team, which left me in tears. I WAS TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT!!! You might not take this seriously, but others will… It's completely unacceptable, and I advise anyone considering investing…JUST DON’T!!
I own many products from the company and have generally been satisfied, but my recent experience has led me to write this review for attention. An outdoor camera malfunctioned, and the company provided a white replacement since they had no black ones available. I was instructed to call back in a few weeks to inquire about a black one. This has dragged on for several months with multiple calls, and all I hear is that there are no black ones and I need to keep waiting. I requested to be notified when they become available, but I've been told I must call each time! I checked the company’s online shop and found black ones in stock, but the representative claimed they were from a different inventory. I asked if they could send me one at no cost, but was told that the stock cannot be used. I tried to file a complaint, but the company lacks a formal complaint system. Perhaps that's why their ratings on review platforms are so low.
Awful customer support. I purchased an additional device and wanted to upgrade my subscription to cover both devices, but it’s impossible! I have to pay for two separate plans or cancel the old one without any pro-rata refund for the unused service. This is outrageous and disrespectful to loyal customers! I find this business practice utterly confusing—it’s madness!
I want to share my experience with a certain company, not out of frustration, but to highlight their accountability. I bought several products expecting a reliable security system, especially due to my health conditions. Unfortunately, the outdoor cameras became ineffective in cold weather, freezing and losing functionality. After extensive troubleshooting and contacting support, the issue remains unresolved. The company has not acknowledged the problem or provided a real solution. Securing a refund has been exhausting, as they maintain a strict no-refund policy. As a disabled individual, this process has been draining. I requested information in large-print format due to legal requirements, but the company failed to accommodate my needs. It’s disappointing that a global entity overlooks accessibility. I eventually secured a refund only after escalating the situation. No customer should have to go through so much to receive fair treatment.
I have a Pro 2 wired doorbell but am not getting color night vision. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and suggested I put a light in my garden. I was then told to have a certified electrician look at it. There’s no complaints department, and I was advised to 'reach out' for help. What a joke!
The performance is very poor; it misses events like a letter being pushed through the door or when it rains, resulting in blurry footage. If someone is more than 5 meters away, it doesn’t alert you, and when it does chime, it’s delayed by minutes. Not effective at all.
