I am sharing this review to caution other business owners about my experience with a communication service. They added a feature to my account without my clear consent, and it was never properly explained to me. When I noticed the extra charges and contacted customer support to have it removed, I was informed that I still had to pay for the entire term, despite not agreeing to this add-on. When my original contract ended, I called again and requested the removal of the feature, only to learn that my contract had automatically renewed for another full term, and that the option could not be removed. Had I known earlier that this service would auto-renew, I would have acted immediately. Now, instead of the initially promised monthly fee, I am being charged significantly more for a two-year contract. Additionally, I am being billed for SMS services that I never registered for. The support team was unable to assist me with this, yet I continue to receive charges, and they refuse to remove them. Customer support has been extremely frustrating, with each call involving long hold times and no real solutions provided. There seems to be a lack of accountability regarding the issue. Overall, this experience feels misleading and unprofessional. I do not feel supported and have lost trust in their billing practices. I am merely waiting for my contract to end so I can cancel all services. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review all contract terms and auto-renewal clauses before signing.
