5 stars if you enjoy fishbowl sounding conversations, in addition to audio cut out and poor customer service. I also could not stop SPAM after hours or having every single call from my boss forwarded to my phone, despite having full admin dashboard access.

Ive been attempting to schedule appointments with account managers for 6+ weeks to resolve issues, not once have they called during our scheduled time but they expect me to just rearrange my schedule to accommodate their error, always with 3-4 difference. Today, after missing our appt yesterday - called waking me before my business hours, after I relented and requested they call back in one hour. I never heard back now would they answer my call. Im done. But word of advise... good luck canceling your contract. Probably have better chance winning lottery.

Imagine your company’s main business line going out of service without warning. No explanation. No resolution. You spend over 10 hours trying to reach and dealing support. After hours on hold, you are told, “We will call you back.” No one calls. When you follow up, calls get disconnected. No ownership. No urgency.

Now imagine your company being effectively offline for days because your phone system provider does not treat your outage as a priority.

Think about the revenue loss. The missed customers. The damage to your reputation.

For any service-based business, your phone line is critical infrastructure. When it fails and support does not respond with urgency, your operations stop.

If you value your time, your customers, and your revenue, consider carefully before relying on a provider that does not treat business outages as emergencies.

Save yourself the frustration ,and the financial loss.

Caution: Unused Licenses Costly Commitment

Be cautious as the service will insist on charging you for unused licenses throughout the entire contract period. Having been a customer since 2015, we were automatically placed on a yearly subscription. We currently have 23 licenses that are not in use, yet they are requiring us to pay the monthly fees for these unused licenses until the contract concludes. This totals $873.77 per month for licenses we don't utilize. We intend to terminate our account once our agreement ends and transition to another VOIP platform. Considering our long-standing relationship since 2015, one would expect them to be more accommodating.

Caution for Business Owners: My Experience with a Communication Service

I am sharing this review to alert other business owners about my experience with a communication service. The service added a feature to my account without my explicit consent. This addition was never adequately explained to me, and I did not request it. When I later noticed the extra charges and reached out to customer support for removal, I was informed that I still had to pay for the entire term, even though I never agreed to this add-on. When my initial contract concluded, I called again and clearly stated my desire to have the feature removed. I was then told that my contract had automatically renewed for another full term, and that this option could not be removed. Had I been informed earlier that this service would automatically renew, I would have requested its removal right away. Consequently, instead of the originally promised monthly fee, I am now being billed significantly more each month for a total contract period of two years. Additionally, I am being charged for SMS services even though I never completed the necessary registration. The support team was unable to assist me in activating this service, yet I continue to be billed for it, and they refuse to eliminate the charge. Customer support has been incredibly frustrating. Each call results in 30–40 minutes on hold, and despite numerous attempts, no one has been able to offer a genuine solution. There is a lack of clear accountability or ownership of the issue. Overall, this experience feels deceptive and unprofessional. I do not feel supported as a customer and have lost trust in the billing practices of this service. At this point, I am simply waiting for my contract to end so I can terminate all services. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to thoroughly review all contract terms and auto-renewal clauses before signing.

Terrible Customer Support

Terrible customer support, with a rude and inexperienced team that is unwilling to assist. We want to update our user numbers but have been told it's not possible. Consequently, we're overpaying based on our actual user count. I cannot recommend this service, and we may need to pursue legal action.
