I am sharing this review to alert other business owners about my experience with a communication service. The service added a feature to my account without my explicit consent. This addition was never adequately explained to me, and I did not request it. When I later noticed the extra charges and reached out to customer support for removal, I was informed that I still had to pay for the entire term, even though I never agreed to this add-on. When my initial contract concluded, I called again and clearly stated my desire to have the feature removed. I was then told that my contract had automatically renewed for another full term, and that this option could not be removed. Had I been informed earlier that this service would automatically renew, I would have requested its removal right away. Consequently, instead of the originally promised monthly fee, I am now being billed significantly more each month for a total contract period of two years. Additionally, I am being charged for SMS services even though I never completed the necessary registration. The support team was unable to assist me in activating this service, yet I continue to be billed for it, and they refuse to eliminate the charge. Customer support has been incredibly frustrating. Each call results in 30–40 minutes on hold, and despite numerous attempts, no one has been able to offer a genuine solution. There is a lack of clear accountability or ownership of the issue. Overall, this experience feels deceptive and unprofessional. I do not feel supported as a customer and have lost trust in the billing practices of this service. At this point, I am simply waiting for my contract to end so I can terminate all services. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to thoroughly review all contract terms and auto-renewal clauses before signing.
