The worst customer service!
Our account manager began helping us with an issue and disappeared. Now for an month no replies to emails, doesn't answer our calls or ring back. Impossible to resolve our issue!
Tried to make complaint about our account manager to her manager, who also has not replied to any emails or calls! This company is a joke, they really don't care about their customers.
