The customer service has been absolutely terrible. They promised superior support compared to a competitor we were with for two years. Every time we had an issue, we had to submit a ticket, and then they asked us to provide screen recordings or do administrative tasks to demonstrate their problems. As a busy recruitment business, we shouldn't have to troubleshoot their product! We also inquired about when we could exit the contract due to ongoing issues, but we were ignored. A simple phone call could resolve issues and keep customers satisfied!
