Avoid this service

My account was blocked after just a few days of use. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, but the support team had no information about why my account was suspended. They promised someone would contact me, but after two weeks, I've received no response. I feel like I’ve been scammed and they took my money.

Incompetent service

The service is completely incompetent. Our account was blocked even though they had software issues that prevented us from paying the invoice. I have proof of all the email exchanges with their support. I suggest looking for alternatives.

Caution advised

Caution is warranted with this service! The delivery is poor and the product has multiple issues. Customer service is shocking. You cannot exit the contract after the first 12 months, despite giving notice; they have sneaky clauses that force you to pay an additional penalty equivalent to a full year's subscription. Best to stay away!

Terrible customer service

The customer service has been absolutely terrible. They promised superior support compared to a competitor we were with for two years. Every time we had an issue, we had to submit a ticket, and then they asked us to provide screen recordings or do administrative tasks to demonstrate their problems. As a busy recruitment business, we shouldn't have to troubleshoot their product! We also inquired about when we could exit the contract due to ongoing issues, but we were ignored. A simple phone call could resolve issues and keep customers satisfied!

Severely disappointed – Account blocked unexpectedly

We recently set up an account for our business needs, but within a week, it was suspended without warning or explanation. Despite numerous follow-ups with the support and risk teams, we received no clear reason for the suspension. The only feedback was a vague mention of alerts from providers. As a legitimate business, we clearly communicated our intended use, and never were we informed of possible non-compliance. After the purchase, the sales representative ceased communication, leaving us to activate the plan ourselves. When issues arose, customer support was unhelpful, and even after escalating to higher management, there was no response. This has been one of my most disappointing experiences with a SaaS platform. I expected professionalism and accountability but received silence and a blocked account. I advise caution before considering this service.

Difficult platform and unsatisfactory support

The onboarding process was overly complicated. We only wanted one license to test the platform and its integration with another service. Initial customer service was acceptable, but it deteriorated over time. When issues arose, my messages were ignored. They continued to charge for the license, which I never received back. Frustrated, I canceled my direct debit and moved on. I would avoid this service at all costs.
