Their sales team promise you everything and sort out every issues on trial period for you right away like call qualities, etc. However when you subscribed, they disappeared and the call qualities turned bad again.When you contacted their tech team to seek for help, provide call ids to them, then they came back and tell you it's not their issue. We have other softwares to make calls, all of them worked fine thoUnstable call qualities. We used it to deal with angry customers, sometimes it makes thing worse because of the call quality.Ruined some of our sales too. and moreWe can only use it to make short calls, calls ended within 1 min.We have other suppliers who are cheaper than Ringover but provide better call quality.Ringover's app crashes sometimes. We also have problems downloading call records, some calls were just not downloadable and you'll have to try again everyday to see if it's fixed or lost forever.
