Completely unacceptable, I placed an order on a Friday for Saturday delivery, unaware of their stated policy that Saturday delivery isn't guaranteed. I expected it on Monday, but it's now the 7th and still no delivery. I've sent multiple emails and received the same excuses, and the timeframe has changed from 24 hours to 48 hours. It's time to find another service provider; their customer support is disgraceful and seems indifferent to my situation. I won’t accept the delivery when it eventually arrives, and I refuse to cover return shipping as they have failed in their delivery responsibilities.
