Completely unacceptable, I placed an order on a Friday for Saturday delivery, unaware of their stated policy that Saturday delivery isn't guaranteed. I expected it on Monday, but it's now the 7th and still no delivery. I've sent multiple emails and received the same excuses, and the timeframe has changed from 24 hours to 48 hours. It's time to find another service provider; their customer support is disgraceful and seems indifferent to my situation. I won’t accept the delivery when it eventually arrives, and I refuse to cover return shipping as they have failed in their delivery responsibilities.
Exceptional customer support. The water glasses I ordered were stunning. Unfortunately, the courier delivered a damaged oil spray bottle, despite the 'fragile' label on the package. I contacted the seller, and they sent a replacement immediately, which arrived just in time for the holidays!
This is my second time ordering box frames from the seller, and both times I've experienced quick delivery. I did receive one faulty item (chipped glass on a sealed frame), but they responded immediately and are sending a replacement. Excellent service, and I’ll continue to shop with them.

I received outstanding customer service from the seller. I ordered some martini glasses, which were high quality and reasonably priced. However, one glass was broken during transit. I reported this, and received an immediate response with an offer for a refund or replacement. I would gladly recommend this service.

I purchased through a larger platform, which only offered a return and refund option. However, once the return was complete, I received the seller's customer service number. I called to explain the situation, and the representative was extremely helpful, resolving the issue in just a few minutes. A replacement table arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service; I would definitely purchase from them again.
