I made my first purchase off Rinkit. Crockery arrived in 2 boxes. 1 box had obviously been bashed around so some items were damaged inside. I emailed Rinkit who dealt with the problem in a prompt and satisfactory way, I can’t fault the customer service or products.Thank you, great company, highly recommended
