I bought 6 champagne coupes, unfortunately 1 had cracked during transit. Emailed Rinkit and Evangeline responded very quickly to apologise and confirm she would send me a replacement. Replacement duly arrived in one piece today. I can’t fault Rinkit for their customer service and quality of their products for the price you pay. Would definitely use them again.
