I ordered a slate table runner, which arrived on the 5th December but was unfortunately broken. I reached out to the company via email and was pleasantly surprised by their response time of under 30 minutes. We agreed on sending a replacement, which I was very pleased about. Even more so when the replacement arrived this morning, less than 24 hours after our communication. I'm truly impressed with the service and highly recommend them.
