This is by far the most frustrating customer service experience I've had in my 36 years of life! I ordered some folding tables and benches for a family camping trip during the summer, but they arrived damaged. I reached out to the company to initiate a return on August 18th. Now, six months later, I still haven't received my refund. In fact, they haven't even picked up the items! They scheduled collection dates five times for these "large items" and assured me someone from the delivery service would come. Yet, five times I stayed home all day, took the large boxes out of storage, and brought them into my kitchen, only to have no one show up. They refuse to issue a refund without the items being returned, but no one comes to collect them. I have large boxes taking up space in my home and I'm left financially burdened with the holidays approaching. I even took time off work to be home for the collection and wasted countless hours waiting with my five children for no one to arrive. It's absolutely outrageous. I've requested that this be escalated as an official complaint, but there's still no resolution in sight.
