have received an email informing me that I have been refunded 54.85€. However, the refund amount is incorrect, as 9’95€ corresponding to the return shipping costs is missing.
My original invoice was €79.75, including €14.95 for shipping. Therefore, the total amount to be refunded should be €64.85. However, I have only received €54.85, leaving a difference of 9'95.
My return was confirmed as delivered on 19/02/2026, and today I received confirmation of the €54.85 refund, which is incorrect.
The coat was returned because it arrived defective, with the sleeves unstitched. As previously agreed, I should not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
As you can see, you still owe me 9'95€ for the return shipping costs. I kindly request that this remaining amount be refunded immediately.
