This service confirmed my moving date and time, then called over an hour late claiming they didn’t have a suitable truck. I was told I would need to pay more for a smaller truck, which turned out to be false as I found available trucks nearby. After numerous attempts to reach the dispatcher, I learned the crew was no longer near my location, even after agreeing to the smaller truck. I repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor but was denied. Eventually, I was given an extension, but it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. They also tried to add an extra charge, despite me preparing everything to facilitate the move. This entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Last-minute excuses and price hikes without accountability are not how a legitimate business operates. I recommend avoiding this service entirely.
