Great experience! Fast and hard working movers. Our movers were so friendly and went above & beyond for us. They were tremendously fast while also being careful of our items. I was very impressed with their work. We worked with Tracy (our Crew Lead) and his partner were absolutely awesome! 10/10 recommend this team and service.
The team was exceptional. They were prompt and immediately got to work without any delays. They communicated effectively to ensure everything was placed correctly and treated my belongings with respect. They managed to work efficiently in both snowy and sunny conditions.
This service confirmed my moving date and time, then called OVER AN HOUR AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE, claiming they suddenly “didn’t have a truck big enough.” I was informed that if I wanted to proceed with my move, I would need to pay MORE for a smaller truck, as they supposedly couldn’t find a large vehicle nearby. That turned out to be untrue. I personally contacted local vehicle rental locations and was informed they had several 20-foot trucks available. When I called the dispatcher back with this information, it took numerous attempts just to get through to anyone. Once I finally did, I was told the crew was no longer in my area, which makes no sense since we had already agreed to go ahead with the smaller truck. Were they coming or not? It seemed clear they never intended to show up. I repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor but was denied multiple times. Only after persistent requests did the dispatcher finally give me an “extension,” which I doubt was legitimate since it appears nearly impossible to reach anyone at this service. To make matters worse, they attempted to add an extra $200 charge, claiming the move wouldn’t be completed in two hours—even though I had already moved everything into the garage to facilitate a quicker process for the movers. This entire experience felt deceptive, misleading, and entirely unprofessional. Last-minute excuses, false claims about vehicle availability, price increases, lack of accountability, and refusal to escalate issues. This is not how a legitimate service operates. Steer clear of this service at all costs.

This moving service was fantastic. From start to finish, working with them was a breeze. After speaking to many other companies, this service exceeded my expectations. The movers arrived on time and were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
