I contacted customer service within hours of placing an order to correct an order before it shipped. I asked them to cancel the order or have it corrected because I was leaving for a trip and time was of the essence. They responded timely and confirmed the order was corrected and there was no need to cancel the order. After receiving the wrong item I contacted customer service and asked if the correct item was on the way and how I should return the incorrect item. 5 days pass without a response and i leave for my trip. Customer service then responds after almost a week and says the correct item is not coming and i need to return the incorrect item, leaving me no time to return the item as they took 5 of the allowed 7 day return period to respond to my email. This company ate up all of my return window after promising the issue was corrected, now there is nothing i can do to get my money back.
