Disappointing. I ordered three dog coats, but only two were included in the shipment, which took almost two weeks to arrive. After reaching out, the missing coat never showed up, and when I returned one that didn’t fit, the refund is still pending. Now they are asking for proof of return via a tracking number. I won’t order from this service again. It seems more like an operations issue than a customer service one, as the representative has been as helpful as possible.
