This is the second time I've experienced exceptional customer support from this service. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift and later realized it didn’t fit. After sending a quick email, I received a prompt response informing me that a replacement in the correct size was on its way. No hassle, no stress—just a straightforward process, and they genuinely seemed eager to assist 😊.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the customer service here is truly outstanding. I ordered parts for my son, who has behavioral challenges. When I mistakenly ordered the wrong parts, he became very upset. I emailed the support team and received assistance within five minutes. Unbelievable! Although there was a slight delay in postage due to the courier, which was beyond their control, I appreciate their efforts as a small business and believe they deserve support.
Amazing customer service. We placed an online order and accidentally received one item missing. I assume this was due to the busy Christmas season. We emailed, and by 4 AM the next morning, a representative responded, apologized, and arranged next-day delivery for the missing item without hesitation. Many larger businesses could learn from how this was handled. Thanks to the team for their exceptional service; it’s a reminder of why we should support smaller businesses.
We ordered a scooter deck on short notice for a Christmas gift, and it was dispatched quickly. Disappointing. I ordered three dog coats, but only two were included in the shipment, which took almost two weeks to arrive. After reaching out, the missing coat never showed up, and when I returned one that didn’t fit, the refund is still pending. Now they are asking for proof of return via a tracking number. I won’t order from this service again. It seems more like an operations issue than a customer service one, as the representative has been as helpful as possible.
