Started off ok. Now for over a week I've had 0.01mbps download max. Called tech support for them to go through the SAME procedure 4 times. Turn off, factory reset, reprovision, reset black fibre box. Still only 0.01mbps download, one "tech" agent couldn't tell the difference between wifi and mobile data!! When I sent him photo screenshots of my speed test. While on the phone the actual mobile phone the same person told me to turn off the sim which would obviously disconnect the call maybe on purpose? Looking elsewhere now for PROPER broadband. DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS THAT GIVE THIS COMPANY 5 STARS. THESE ARE FROM EITHER EMPLOYEES OR BOTS. NOBODY IS ENJOYING THIS SERVICE.
