I had the pleasure of dealing with John recently and I can honestly say he’s absolutely excellent at what he does. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of sorting out broadband services incredibly smooth. He clearly knows the industry inside out and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare when it comes to broadband!).
John is a fantastic salesman – not pushy, just genuinely helpful and focused on getting the best option for the customer. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and makes the process easy, I’d highly recommend going through John for any broadband services.
However… while John is top tier when it comes to broadband, I’d probably avoid asking him for advice on football teams. Let’s just say his judgement is slightly less reliable in that department!
All jokes aside, brilliant service and a great guy to deal with. Highly recommended

Awful provider, internet gone since Tuesday night, sent new router which still does don't work, told me multiple times to try the same steps to no avail. Told me it was CityFibres issue and an Engineer would be sent out, city fibre then said line was fine and no engineer sent, now being told to wait til Monday for anything else get done.

Now asked for a deadlock letter to escape contract and still have to wait until Monday because the dept in question isn't in til then

Stay away from these companies, they do not care, happy to take your money though. Complete crooks!

I will be seeking legal action in due course if this is not immediately solved during the next exchange.

The assistant I spoke with was extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly and took the time to address all my questions in a calm and respectful manner.

His attitude and level of customer service were excellent — friendly, patient, and solution-focused. I truly appreciate the support I received and would honestly wish that every customer service representative was like him.

Both engineers arrived as per the time allocation I had requested. Made me feel at ease with their duty of care to provide ID, who they was and where they was from. The engineers made the experience of having the new broadband re installed so easy, UNDERSTANDING and friendly whilst explaining. Not only did they both tidy and liaise with me on every step regarding all work, it was a pleasure to feel at ease. Signed from a 20 year jump from a huge competitor, only wish I’d done it soon.

I can see why rise fibre was rated highly in the installation process category. I was stuck applying online but a surprise call from Chris Thorpe from rise (on a Sunday no less) guided me through it. Took less than 10mins. I'm very happy that the whole matter is settled. Looking forward for that ultrafast internet!

Really professional install as an ex Virgin Media installation and service manager I know how it should be done and the guys totally knew what they were doing. No trace of the install in the side garden and clean internal work. Speed wise a bit faster than my Virgin media 350 network (which I kept for the TV) so very happy with the experience so far.

I was very sceptical about this company. I was without Internet for 14 days as TalkTalk disconnected City Fiber services. I had to wait 14 days for service activation. Rise fiber delivered the router as promised. Service got activated as promised. Their customers service phone lines have very long wait. But when they respond they give short clear response, no false response as it is UK based call centre. Basically Rise send you router, line is provided by city fiber, plug and play router works. Monthly cost £17.95 for 12 months and then £24.95 is good
