Following an online look into the broadband package on offer I read;liseed this was not for me at the present time so I cut the connection. One of their operatives then phoned me trying to get me to sign up. I said that I would be away on holiday and did not want to progress this until I was home. The following day I get a message from my current provider to sy that are sorry to hear I am leaving. Is this an example of pressure selling?? Misuse of my personal data? Horrendous company ethics
