I have been looking around for a decent provider to cater for working from home and average modern usage- streaming and a few devices, was recommended Rise Fiber by a family member who has had great service with them. So thought I'd call to see what their service is like, I have to say Kay, who I spoke with at length was wonderful. Very clear, Helpful and went above and beyond to secure me a deal I am happy with- not only is it a great service, but you can get in contact with a human very quickly (well you can to set up the service anyway.) all in all a seamless, easy and enjoyable chat with the wonderful Kay!
