Resolved technical issues on my first day with Rise

It's only my first day with Rise. My old ISP stopped internet at midnight, but Rise didn't start the internet until 09:45. Furthermore there was a bit of technical issue with the WiFi. I had to call the Rise customer service. After waiting in the queue for around 30min, the Rise representative was able to sort out the technical issue fairly quickly.
