I had a great conversation with him, I'm technically very competent and he knew exactly what I was talking about when discussing my requirements. He explained the pricing very clearly and even detailed how I could push back the installation date ot match when my existing ISP contract ends.If the follow up support is as good as this then I'll be very happy with Rise.
