Went on to the website for more information as I was still in contract with my current provider but looking to swap over. Got a call to check if there was anything I needed help with. Chris Thorpe was very helpful answering my questions and concerns. He was able to apply a discount to counteract the early exit fee and managed to schedule a date in advance that wasn't available from their website that suited me. He put through the switch with my current provider to give notice but also ensure continuity of service which is important as I work from home. So far I have been happy with the service. I hope the installation and ongoing service continues to provide the high service I have received so far.
