Awful provider, internet gone since Tuesday night, sent new router which still does don't work, told me multiple times to try the same steps to no avail. Told me it was CityFibres issue and an Engineer would be sent out, city fibre then said line was fine and no engineer sent, now being told to wait til Monday for anything else get done.
Now asked for a deadlock letter to escape contract and still have to wait until Monday because the dept in question isn't in til then
Stay away from these companies, they do not care, happy to take your money though. Complete crooks!
I will be seeking legal action in due course if this is not immediately solved during the next exchange.
