I have had this company for years since it was Digis. Earlier this month I got a message that my account was past due. I know I paid it. I was told to ss that the payment went through. It did. I got an email back saying to call. I did only to be told the same thing that I am late and to send an email. I did. Woke up this morning to disconnected service. I have never had this issue before and not impressed with Rise at all.
