I truly love my Rise Garden 3—it was a Christmas gift after months of debating between the Gardyn and the Rise Garden. Ultimately, I chose the Rise Garden because its bottom cabinets add both storage and style, making it look more like a piece of furniture than just a garden system. It’s become a beautiful and functional addition to my living space, blending seamlessly with my décor. I also love the convenience of having fresh herbs and vegetables growing right at my fingertips. The hydroponic system makes it simple to get started, especially with the growing manual included, and it’s been rewarding to watch my plants thrive with minimal effort. The only thing I’ll note is that it isn’t the quietest system, but for me the benefits outweigh the background noise. That being said, I’ve noticed a few drawbacks. Some reviews mention that the portion of the garden holding the water tray has been switched to plastic, the lighting screws are slightly too short and can fall out if I bump into it, and both the water pump and the pump filter don’t stay in place as well as they should. I also had an issue with the upright extension holes not aligning correctly, which caused a screw to get stuck and prevented me from disassembling my garden when I moved apartments. However, the highlight of this experience was the customer service. Their team responded quickly and was eager to help in any way possible. Reynalyn, in particular, went above and beyond in guiding me through the problem—even though I didn’t know the exact names of the parts—and processed the replacement pieces promptly.Although I’ve had a few bumps along the way, many of these issues are small and can be fixed with simple DIY solutions. Overall, the Rise Garden 3 is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to grow their own produce indoors, and I wouldn’t trade it for any other large hydroponic garden.
