I subscribed to Rise Guide in December for €19.99 but was never able to log in or use the app. After that, additional charges of €49.99 were taken from my Visa card in January and February without clear authorization. Support says they cannot find my account even with my details and transaction data. This feels very unreliable. Not recommended.
