This is not memory training as advertised, they only provide theories about memory. Not helpful at all in my opinión.
I paid for one month and got charged again the following month without any communication. I disputed my payment with PayPal and sent an email to this company and within 2 minutes I got my money back and a long, ready-made response from this company, which makes me believe they do this with everyone hoping people will not notice they're being charged monthly. I do not recommend.
Even though I have not been as consistent as I would like, the little bit of time I have given to these lessons have already made a big difference in my confidence. Where is was nervous and unable to think clearly in front of a room I was able to articulate clearly with just a couple of lessons.
I subscribed to Rise Guide in December for €19.99 but was never able to log in or use the app. After that, additional charges of €49.99 were taken from my Visa card in January and February without clear authorization. Support says they cannot find my account even with my details and transaction data. This feels very unreliable. Not recommended.
This looks like scam . I followed the youtube app on my phone and signed up and payed for 3 months. After that , on confirmation page, the app download button does not work. There is also no information on how to cancel the subscription.

They attract you with promises of "brain improvement," make you spend 5-10 minutes answering tedious questions, and then ask for your email. Only after wasting your time and providing your information do they disclose that the "plan" isn't free. To add to the frustration, they employ a fake countdown timer to create false urgency, pressuring you into making a payment "for a significant discount." It's predatory, deceptive, and a total waste of time. Steer clear of this service!
