Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any financial service.

I made a transfer on February 11, and until now, the money hasn’t reached my bank. I’ve checked multiple times with my bank, and they confirmed clearly there’s nothing pending or blocked on their side.

Rise keeps saying the transfer was completed and gave me an MT103, but no one can actually locate the funds. Then they said they started a recall, but again—no clear updates, no timeline, and no real explanation of what’s going on.

The most frustrating part is the communication. It feels like I’m getting the same generic replies over and over, without anyone actually taking ownership or trying to resolve the issue properly.

At this point, I’m literally just chasing my own money with no visibility and no accountability from their side.

For a company handling financial transfers, this is not acceptable. I wouldn’t trust using them again after this experience.

They keep shifting the blame to their banking partner instead of owning the problem

They keep saying rest assure your funds and safe and secure. ok give my money and sort the issue out with your banking partner :)

Eventually, please don`t add your usual generic reply and say send to hello@rise :) the thread now is 137 mail :)

That`s why i escalated this through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and publicly on Trustpilot, but still no accountability
