I requested a withdrawal on March 25th in the amount of $2,490.00, which is marked as “processed” on the Rise Works platform.
However, the funds have not been received in my bank account in Brazil, and more importantly, no proof of payment has been provided (such as SWIFT/MT103 or any transfer confirmation).
Without this document, my bank is unable to trace the transaction, leaving me with no way to locate the funds.
I have already contacted support, but so far I have not received a clear or effective solution.
It is very concerning that a financial service processes a payment without providing any form of traceability or proof.
At this point, I urgently need:
The transfer confirmation (MT103 or equivalent)
Or a clear update on where the funds currently are
