My experience with RitFit has been a complete disaster from start to finish.I ordered a bench that was explicitly scheduled for delivery on a Monday. Not only did it miss that date, but the tracking showed it sitting stationary in Chicago—right in my area—for over 48 hours without a single update. After waiting 7 business days for a product that was already overdue, I was told delivery was still "unlikely."The "Customer Service" is a joke:Insulting Offers: After acknowledging their total failure to meet delivery commitments, they offered a pathetic $20 partial refund. It’s an insult to think $20 makes up for a week of wasted time and zero communication.Zero Accountability: They did nothing to actually resolve the shipping issue or expedite the process.Refund Delays: Even after I cancelled the order, they told me I’d have to wait another 48–72 hours after they get their product back before they’d even process my refund. They are essentially holding my money hostage because of their own shipping incompetence.Save yourself the "stress and disappointment" they claim to be sorry for. Buy from a company that actually values its customers and understands basic logistics. RitFit is not that company.
