​I would strongly advise anyone looking for gym equipment to take their money elsewhere—literally anywhere else. My experience with RitFit has been a complete disaster from start to finish.
​I ordered a bench that was explicitly scheduled for delivery on a Monday. Not only did it miss that date, but the tracking showed it sitting stationary in Chicago—right in my area—for over 48 hours without a single update. After waiting 7 business days for a product that was already overdue, I was told delivery was still "unlikely."
​The "Customer Service" is a joke:
​Insulting Offers: After acknowledging their total failure to meet delivery commitments, they offered a pathetic $20 partial refund. It’s an insult to think $20 makes up for a week of wasted time and zero communication.
​Zero Accountability: They did nothing to actually resolve the shipping issue or expedite the process.
​Refund Delays: Even after I cancelled the order, they told me I’d have to wait another 48–72 hours after they get their product back before they’d even process my refund. They are essentially holding my money hostage because of their own shipping incompetence.
​Save yourself the "stress and disappointment" they claim to be sorry for. Buy from a company that actually values its customers and understands basic logistics. RitFit is not that company.

Terrible Quality Control

In general, the equipment (M1 Pro Lower Rack & Cable Crossover, Leg Press Gazelle, Leg Ext/Curl) is just fine.I’ve been in the fitness industry for 25 years, purchased and used countless machinery. The cost to quality ratio with RitFit is pretty good. Great prices, decent equipment.The problem lies in either production quality control or the individuals who pack the pieces for shipment. Nearly every single piece was damaged (scratch’s, dents, bent pieces).I emailed RitFit with photos of some of the damaged pieces and gave yet to hear back from anyone. Quite disappointed both at purchasing brand new equipment that arrives damaged and poor response of customer service.

Perfect Leg Press/Hack Squat for the Home Gym

Everything from purchase to delivery, setup has been outstanding! I'm a 65 year old male, I have been a gym rat for decades. I've had the privilege to have friends who are/were world class athletes (bodybuilding/powerlifting) and have trained at gyms around the world. I've been building my home gym for quite some time. The RITFIT Leg Press/Hack Squat machine was the last missing piece of equipment I needed. I do have a vertical leg press but needed a little bit more. The RITFIT Gazelle arrived with some damage to the cardboard shipping boxes (not surprising). Inside the boxes the pieces were well protected and packed. Someone put some thought into the packaging process. It took me about 5 hours (leisurely) to unpack, move parts from my garage to my basement man cave/gym, and build the machine. Between the manual (one of the best I've seen) and on-line installation video, it was a breeze to assemble. All the pieces arrived without damage (no scratches/scapes). Two pieces were slightly bent, but when put together with the bolts/nuts and a bit of torque, the pieces formed together perfectly. This was the last piece of equipment I needed to complete my home gym. Form, fit, function and use/movement are exceptional, especially for the price point. Is it "Commercial" build quality, no. But for the home gym it is above reproach! Well done RITFIT.

Never in my life will I buy equipment…

Never in my life will I buy equipment from you again, the worst customer service, now it turns out that we have to keep the equipment even if it is not well made and does not have a good angle that piece of garbage that I bought from you there is where it will end up in the trash please don’t buy anything from here if you try to do a return don’t waste your time zero help from this company the hack machine it’s in the corner for free it’s a piece of garbage please be aware .
