No help from customer service. I placed an order in November, after many inquiries they said product would ship in late December. The product did not ship so I had to follow up again and they gave me another date for shipping in mid January. I expect it won’t ship then either. Don’t use this company. No help, no product, false advertising. You get what you pay for. Order 121986
