There was excellent communication when I had an issue of a bank pre-authorization charged twice for yarn. One went through and the second fell off after 7 business days. Mildly annoying that the pre- auth tied up funds for the week but nothing too devastating. Yarn was shipped quickly and was through US customs in 3 days. Even with shipping and tarrifs, yarn was much less expensive than buying State-side. Rito will be my first go to for yarn purchases from now on!
