I have not received the product at all. It has been held up in customs for over a week. I tried contacting customer service using the number provided on the website during their operating hours, but it only leads to a recorded message. My emails receive automated replies, but I haven't gotten any response from a real person.

Incredible speed of delivery and fantastic quality!

This item arrived incredibly quickly, and the tariffs were already covered (what a world we live in!). The yarn was just as I had hoped. The quality is excellent. I had hesitated to order internationally before, thinking it would be a hassle and costly, but I was completely mistaken.
