What makes the experience great is the total transparency regarding, prices, shipping and duties, although I would like to have a receipt for the payment of the duties I already paid. Not just your receipt, the receipt that it should appear when you, the company, pays the duties at the port of entry. What I don’t like is the poor following that your post system gives to my package, I can never know where is the package until I get it. And I totally hate that I can not make orders for more than 2 kilos. And I would like to be able to have an user account, so I can follow my receipts more accurately, I make a lot of orders and is kind of difficult to follow up with receipts just from my emails.
