The whole experience was seamless, easy and quick. Then there's the end product, the yarn, which is some lovely boucle alpaca which I have already swatched! I will order again and I've talked you up at my knitting club, most were unaware of Rito, by the way. Also the package that arrived was in great shape, the yarn was well protected and considering the package was coming from overseas it was fast. I'm super happy with the experience.
