My first order arrived about a week later (to the US) so the shipping time is good :) no custom fees. I ended up ordering not enough yarn so i did a 2nd order, i could add a comment to ask for the same dye lot and i got a message saying they found the Dye lot and would be able to send it. Very glad to see a responsive customer service ! Would order from them again.+ they have good sales, yarn is cheaper than other stores i have here :)
