The quality and pricing of the items is good and so is the shipping time. What I have an issue with is that my products got wet due to bad packaging. We had a little bit of rain where I live and the yarn would have been fine if it was double bagged. Unforutnately it was not protected by the single layer outer bag and it leaked water onto the products. I have been air draying the product for a few days now and I hope it does not felt. In future, PLEASE double bag your products! Your shipping bag is not weather proof!
