Although Rito hobby is registered as UK,the yarn is not sent from UK and postage is consequently expensive.I used PayPal to buy yarn and was charged £2 .50 for the use.I didn't see any info that warned me I'd be charged for using it and did not spot the charge until later.I messaged Rito hobby twice.Once enquiring about what temperature the yarn felts at and secondly,complaining about the PayPal charge.I did not receive an answer to either message.The yarn is fine and felted well but I will not use them again for the reasons outlined above.
